A friend of mine brought me here 3 years ago and it was really good.  I can't stand anything with beans but he had me try the bean dip that was provided with the chips.  I'll say it was pretty darn good.  Well, I finally made it back the other day just for the dip but got a cheese enchilada and hard shell taco.  The taco was great and the enchilada was okay. The sauce seemed to have a slight sweet taste to it.  All in all, I'm glad I came here before driving back to Parker. Also, the service  and atmoshere was great.   I'll be back.

This was our first time at Guadalajara family Mexican restaurant and it was amazing. My wife and I had the margarita flight and the margarita selections were great. We both had the lunch special with the crispy chile relleno! WOW! Homemade beans and rice. The chips and salsa were fresh and homemade. Food was TERRIBLE!!!  My family used to love coming here for family dinner and we haven't been in awhile.   My dad suggested so we all piled in the car for the 20 min drive from the springs.  I ordered 2 ground beef enchiladas and they were cold,  no flavor and EVERYTHING on my plate was smothered in cheese,  even the side of sour cream tasted off, I struggled through what I could eat since parents were paying,  but GROSS.  husband ordered street tacos and there was enough grease to deep fry a turkey.   The server noticed he wasn't eating, apologized and brought him another taco,  yet again glistening with grease.  My husband left hungry.   My mom ordered tacos and chili rellano and she said everything was off, weird flavors and weird sauces.  I tried a bite of her taco and yeah, nasty.  All of us ate what we could stomach, took to go boxes out of guilt for leaving so much uneaten food.  Towards the end of the meal my dad asked if we were all alright,  we didn't want to complain about his choice of restaurant but we were honest and he laughed and said,  "oh good,  I thought it was just my cancer pill messing with me again that everything tasted weird" guess we won't be returning which is sad because we used to love this place.
